Now is the time to start planning for 2013!  Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.  The Activities Group needs fresh faces, fresh ideas and fresh enthusiasm. Please plan on attending to put some of those ideas heard throughout the past months into action and to choose a new Committee Chair.


8:00 pm - Halloween Costume Social Hour - Bring Snacks

Halloween Costume Party and Dance. Prizes for best man, best woman, and best couple.This is the best costume party of the year!

6:00 - 10:00 Shamrock Fire Department Annual Chili Dinner!

Come and support our local Volunteer Fire Department at the Fire Station.

They are here when we need them.

Cost is $5 each for Chili, Cornbread & Drink.

5:00 pm OLT Thanksgiving Feast Potluck which will take place in the Clubhouse.

The Club will prepare the Turkeys, all members and guests should bring a dish to share. Bring lots of trimmings for a wonderful feast. Please let Brenda or Carol know what you would like to bring to this great feast.

10:00 am Brunch in the Club House

Provided by the Bistro in return for your food pantry donations!

Each person should bring at least one Food Pantry item and/or cash to provide presents for Stroud Food Bank families.

12:00 pm Trim the tree party. Complete with music and Karaoke with Dennis. This is usually a pretty fun party, so think about coming and see for yourself.

7:00 pm Christmas Party - Naughty Santa gift exchange. This is great fun.

Gift cost should be between $15 and $20. It is the friendship and the fun we have that makes this such a great event.

8:00 pm End of the World Watch Party!

Come and help bring in the new Mayan Calendar. Don’t forget to wear a costume and bring your favorite survival food and drink. What better place to be if this is your last day to enjoy this life style.
