February
- Sunday, February 1 - Super Bowl
- 5:30 p.m. - Join us as we watch the Carolina Panthers play the New England
Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVIII on our new big screen TV. OLT will provide popcorn and
snacks. Members need to bring their favorite chili for the
potluck. Come support your favorite team.

- Saturday, February 14 - Valentine's
Masked Ball

5:30 p.m. - Come celebrate Valentine's day at our Valentine's
Masked Ball. Wear your favorite costume. Food will be provided,
while members are encouraged to bring desserts.
8:00 p.m. - After we have filled our stomachs, the Masked Ball will commence.

- 5:30 p.m. - Join us for a dinner unlike any other dinner. It will
truly be a mystery.
- 8:00 p.m. - After the Mystery Dinner, a Dance
will follow.

- Spring Clean Up with OLT providing a plant for your site.

Annual Mid-Way Carnival There will be
games and events throughout the day.
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - On the lawn in front of the Clubhouse, there will be booths with games and prizes to
win. Food will be sold from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
** 20 Game Stations, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Snow Cone Machine, Clowns, Cake
Walk, Water Dunk Tank **
Each station (games, food, etc) will require a ticket. Each ticket
is 75 cents a piece. Flyers will be going out in the next OLT Newsletter. If you

Proceeds will go to the Capital Improvements Fund for playground equipment for
the youth.
6:00 p.m. - Poker Run. All proceeds will go to the Oaklake Trails Capital Improvement Fund.
Registering and purchasing of Poker Hands will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5
p.m. in
pool / carnival area. There will be 102 poker hands available for
purchase at $10 per hand. Your registration slip will need to be shown
at each of the 5 card locations. HOW TO PLAY --- A person will travel to these 5 locations:
Gazebo, Office, Safe Room, Dan & Laura's Razorback Hollow, and Rick
& Ann's Rowdy Ridge. At each location, after showing your registration,
you will draw a card inside a sealed, colored envelope. (The
number of sealed envelopes a person draws at each of the 5 locations will equal
the number of poker hands they bought.) At 7:00 p.m.
everyone will bring
all poker hands to the Pavilion where the judges will open each poker
hand. (A poker hand will consist of 5 envelopes with each envelope a
different color.) TAMPERED ENVELOPES WILL RESULT IN HAND OR HANDS
BEING DISQUALIFIED. The winning hand will receive the $500 Prize with
ties splitting the $500 equally. Golf cart transportation will be provided if assistance is needed.
9:00 p.m. - Dance Time
Sunday, May 30 - Join us as we continue with games throughout the day.
11:00 a.m. - There will be a members meeting in the Pavilion to answer any
questions on SWSA or AANR voting for 2004, 2005 Convention at OLT, OLT
improvements and any other concerns..
12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and the Fixings with OLT
Birthday cake for dessert.
4:00 p.m. - Let the OLT Auction Begin!! Bring your items for the auction
to the Office. The items will be on display in the Office until the day
of the auction. Auction proceeds are for the 4th of July Fireworks Display.
9:00 p.m. - Dance with our DJ.

to help support Pediatric Cancer Research. For more

- Saturday, August 7 - Young Naturist Association
International BBQ
- The Young Naturist Association International (YNAI) will be having a BBQ
cookout. YNAI is promoting naturism among the youth (age 19-25) and
what the goals of YNAI are. The BBQ cookout is directed to the
youths, however, everyone is welcome to attend. If you plan to
attend or if you have questions, please contact Casey at casey@caseycoffey.com.
Remember, you must RSVP with Casey so that he will know how much food is
required.

water sports throughout the day. Think water balloons, pool races,

- Weekend of September 4 - 6 - Labor Day Celebrations
- Saturday, September 4 - 12:00 p.m. - Sun Meadow Reunion.
For those who were once Sun Meadow members, Gary, Brenda, Cliff
and Nancy will host a reunion party on their deck, featuring hors
d'oeuvres and several photo albums dating back to 1985 and some
video of past Christmas parties. So bring your photos and
yourselves.

- 3:00 p.m. - There will be a Baseball game. You never
know when the women face off against the men at the Baseball
game. Everyone can play, even if you're not a Barry
Bonds. See you in the Meadow.
- 9:00 p.m. - The evening will conclude with Pickin' and Grinnin'
on the deck of the Clubhouse.

- 8:00 p.m. - Join us on the deck for some good ol' Pickin' and
Grinnin'.
- Wednesday, September 22 - Community Open House
- 11:00 a.m. - OLT will be having a Community Open House for
our local community leaders. We are asking that clothing be
worn if you are going to be on the main grounds between the hours of
11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 25 - Toga Party
- 6:30 p.m. - Wear your toga to our Toga Party Potluck, so remember to bring
your favorite dish and your table settings (i.e. plates,
eating utensils, etc.).

October - Saturday, October 9 - Annual
Trail of Tears 5K Run, Walk, Crawl
- 2:00 p.m. - Wear your tennis shoes for our Annual
Trail of Tears 5K Run,
Walk, Crawl
- 4:00 p.m. - Awards Ceremony.
- 6:30 p.m. - Dinner
- 8:00 p.m. - Dance.

- Saturday, October 23 - Halloween Party
- 11:00 a.m. - Pumpkin Carving. Bring your own utensils to
carve and sculpture the pumpkins. Parents or guardians will
have to assist the children.
- 4:00 p.m. - Trick or Treat. The kids can visit any camper
or resident who has registered with the OLT office to hand out
treats.
- 5:00 p.m. - Preparations for the Hayride and Spook Trail begin.
- 6:30 p.m. - Halloween Potluck Dinner. Remember to bring
your favorite dish and your table settings (i.e. plates,
eating utensils, etc.).
- Following dinner, there will be 3 hayrides (depending on the
attendance) through the Spook Trail. Each ride will be
approximately 15 minutes. In the event there is inclement weather,
the upper level of the Clubhouse will be transformed into "The
Haunted Clubhouse".
- After the hayrides, there will be a Dance.
November - Saturday, November 6 - Dance
- 8:00 p.m. - Come prepared to dance.

- Saturday, November 20 - Thanksgiving
- 5:30 p.m. - Come stuff yourself at our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner.
- We will follow our Thanksgiving Dinner with a seasonal movie on our new big screen TV.
December - Saturday,
December 11 - Christmas Party
- Afternoon - We will begin the day with a good old fashioned Tree Trimming
- 5:30 p.m. . - Finger food potluck.
- Following the potluck, we will have our gift exchange.
Wednesday, December 15 - Deadline to RSVP for the Nude Year's Eve
Cruise so that we will know how many life vests will be needed.
- Friday, December 31 - Nude Year's Eve
- 6:30 p.m. - Cruise into 2005 at OLT with a buffet offered at
Midnight. There will be games, food, dancing, entertainment, a
non-cash bar (serving non-alcoholic beverages) and a Midnight Buffet
provided by S.S. Oaklake. Proper luggage is required a bagged
white elephant gift and proper food (your favorite holiday dish or
dessert).
