- Monday, January 1 - New Years Day
- 8:00 am - Breakfast served in the clubhouse sponsored by the Chapel at OLT.
- Saturday, January 6 - 2007 Survivor Game Registration
- Its that time again, lets get ready to play our favorite games, Survivor 2007.
Sign up starts today. The last day to sign up will be January 31st.

- Saturday, January 20 - Meet and Greet Day
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck Dinner
- 7:30 p.m. - Bingo. Come out and try to win our big prize for the evening. Its the last game of the night. Please bring a small gift in a brown paper sack for prize
Give-A-Ways ($2.00 limit) or $2.00 donation at the door. $1.00 per card. All money goes to our Church fund and our Youths.

- 5:00 p.m. - Come to the Meadow and sign your balloon for our troops. Balloons will be $.50 for Members or $1.00 for Non-Members. Lets show our Red, White and Blue.

- Wednesday, January 31 - Deadline for Survivor 2007 Registration
- Today is the deadline to register for the 2007 Survivor Game. You
can RSVP at the OLT office at (918) 324-5999 or by e-mail at

February
- Saturday, February 3 - Mystery Game Who's Who
- 6:00 p.m. - February Birthday Potluck. The games will begin after
dinner. There will be a nice prize for the winner.
- Saturday, February 10 - Valentine Dinner and Dance (Please RSVP)

6:00 p.m. - Join us for our Valentine's Dinner and
Dance. The cost for dinner will $12.50 per person for Members
and $15.00 for Non-Members. The cost at the door will be
$15.00. Gents dress shoes and black ties and Ladies wear your pearls and
heels. Tray will be child setting at Brenda & Gary's.
There will be snacks and movies for the kids. There will be a donation to Trey by the
parents
of the children. Please let the OLT Office know if you will be needing

- Saturday, February 24 - Potluck and Poker Night
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck
- 7:00 p.m. - Let the games begin. 20 chips for $1.00. All
proceeds will be going to the Youths and Chapel funds. There will be
great prizes for the winner with the most chips at the end of the evening.
Bring your favorite CD to play on our stereo in the Clubhouse.
March
- Saturday, March 10 - Birthday Potluck and Bingo
- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck in the Clubhouse.
- 8:00 p.m. - Bingo in the Clubhouse. Entry fee is either a $2.00
gift or $2.00 cash in a brown bag. The cost to play is $1.00 per card
with no limit on number of cards played. The proceeds will go to the
OLT OLT Chapel Fund. There will be a special prize for the winner of
the last game.
- Saturday, March 17 - St. Patrick's Day

- We will be having a Silent Auction, so be ready with the
Green! Proceeds will go to the OLT Tots 'n Teens group.
- 6:00 p.m. - St. Patrick's Day Potluck in the Clubhouse.
Get creative. Let's see how many "edible" green dishes we
can have. Leprechauns go to the front of the line!
- 8:00 p.m. - Dance with Brad, The Music Man. Let's
celebrate the Wearin' o' the Green! and don't get pinched!

- Saturday, March 31 - Poker Night
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck in the Clubhouse.
- 8:00 p.m. - Poker Night in the Clubhouse. Donations will be $1.00
to get 10 chips, each worth 10 cents play money. 50 cent raise limits.
The player with the most chips at the end of the night wins a special prize.
April
- Saturday, April 7 - Easter
- 12:00 p.m. - Tots 'n Teens Easter Egg Hunt. RSVP with the OLT

if your kids will be attending. Hunt in designated areas for plastic
eggs filled with surprises! We need a few parents to volunteer with
the hunt.
- 2:00 p.m. - Adult Easter Egg Hunt will be outdoors, weather permitting (ages 13 and
up). Bring your basket and try to find the eggs with special prizes.

- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck
- Sunday, April 8 - Easter Sunrise Service
- 8:00 a.m. - Join family and friends at the Gazebo for Easter Services, with Chaplain Carol officiating. Immediately following the services, meet in the Clubhouse and enjoy the famous "Marv's Omelets" with coffee and juice for a $5 donation to the Chapel Fund.
- Saturday, April 14 - Spring Clean Up Day
- Spring Clean Up will be during the daylight hours, weather permitting.
Let's take this day and work together to make our park even more beautiful;
work on your own lot, with a neighbor on their lot, or help in any of the
common areas. In the evening, join friends in the Clubhouse for
relaxing, playing games, or just star gazing.
- Saturday, April 21 - Birthday Potluck and Spring Dance
- 11:00 a.m. - Organizational meeting for the Activities Committee.
- 12:00 p.m. - Tots 'n Teens Easter Egg Hunt (Rescheduled from Saturday,
April 7th).
- 1:30 p.m. - Survivor meeting in the Clubhouse.
- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck in the Clubhouse.
- 8:00 p.m. - Spring Dance in the Clubhouse with Brad, The Music Man.
Admission will be a transplantable flower or plant for the grounds at OLT.
Finger snacks will be provided by the Food and Activities Committee.

- Saturday, May 26 - Fun and games throughout the day, sponsored by
Tots 'n Teens.
- 11:00 a.m. - 1st in the series of Survivor Games.
The Activity will be announced.
- 1:30 p.m. - Horseshoe Team Tournament with prizes for the
winning team.
- 3:30 p.m. - Pool Tournament with prizes for the winner.
- 8:00 p.m. - Sing-A-Long with Brad, The Music Man.
- Sunday, May 27
- Help us stock the Clubhouse Kitchen in our Kitchen Shower.
We need packages of disposable plates, paper and plastic cups in
all sizes, plastic ware, dish towels, cloths, scrubbers, etc.
- 10:00 a.m. - Turn in your donations in the Pavilion to be
auctioned off during the Annual OLT Auction
- 2:00 p.m. - OLT Birthday Celebration in the Pavilion
followed by the Annual OLT Auction.
- 8:00 p.m. - Memorial Day Dance and Light Show in the
Pavilion with DJ Connection.
- Monday, May 28
- Rise and shine early on Memorial Day and join us in the
Clubhouse for OLT Chapel's Pancake and Sausage Breakfast.

- Saturday, June 9 - Camp Scavenger Hunt / Potluck
- 10:00 a.m. - Scavenger Hunt. Maps will be available in the Clubhouse
for a $10.00 donation. The Hunt will begin at 11:00 a.m. and end at 5:00
p.m. using your "guide/hint" map. Nice surprise prize to the winner, who
will be announce at the potluck.
- 6:00 p.m. - Traveling Birthday Potluck at Tom and Susan's.
- 8:00 p.m. - Dance at the Pavilion, with music by Brad, The Music Man.
- Saturday, June 16 - Father's Day Celebration
- 1st Water-Land Volleyball Game. 3 game series, 2 in the pool and 1 in the sand. Watch for sign-up sheets in the Clubhouse or contact the office at

- Kite Flying in the Meadow, weather permitting, in honor of all fathers.
Bring your kites, simple or elaborate, and fill the skies with color.
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck at the Pavilion.
- 8:00 p.m. - Sing-A-Long with Brad, The Music Man, at the Pavilion.
- June 24 - 30 - AANR-SW Youth Leadership Camp
- During the week of this camp, the Clubhouse Kitchen will be reserved for the use of the camp kitchen staff. Members and guests are asked to make other arrangements. The microwave and refrigerator in the Pavilion will be available for use by anyone during that time.
- Friday, June 29 - AANR-SW Youth Leadership Camp Grand Finale Talent Show
- Members and guests are invited to the Grand Finale Talent Show on the front lawn of the Clubhouse. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and show your support for the Youth Leaders of the AANR-SW Region.
- Saturday, June 30 - Start of the 4th of July Holiday Festivities / Survivor / Movie Night
- Survivor Series, Round #3. Competition to be announced. Horseshoes Tournament, Water and Land Volleyball Game, and Pool Tournament in the Clubhouse. Sign up in the Clubhouse or office.
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck at the Pavilion.
- 9:00 p.m. - Movie Under the Stars Night, with DJ Connections and snacks provided by the Club. Come on over to the Clubhouse and enjoy a quality movie on the big screen in the fresh night air under the stars.
July
- Sunday, July 1 - Family Day
- 1:00 p.m. - RED-WHITE-BLUE Parade. Decorate your golf cart, bike, or
whatever, in patriotic colors and join the parade thru the Park.
- 4:00 p.m. - Join us for a do-it-yourself hot dog roast either at the new fire pit or at the Pavilion. The Club will supply the meat, buns and relishes, and members are asked to bring chips and snacks to share. Don’t forget to bring forks, sticks or skewers to cook with.
- 8:00 p.m. - Sing-A-Long at the Pavilion with Brad, The Music Man.
- Saturday, July 14 - Potluck
- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck in the Pavilion.
- 8:00 p.m. - Sing-a-Long with Brad, The Music Man, in the Pavilion.
- Saturday, July 28 - Beach Party
- Water and Land Volleyball games throughout the day.
- 8:00 p.m. - A Hot Summer Night’s Beach Party & Dance with music by Brad, The Music Man. Members are asked to bring finger food snacks to share.
August
- Saturday, August 11 - Game Day / Potluck
- 1:00 p.m. - Game Day at the Pool
- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck at the Pavilion followed by "Crazy Hat" Dance with Brad,
The Music Man.
There will be a prize for the best hat.
- Saturday, August 25 - Hamburger Cookout / Dance
- 6:00 p.m. - Hamburger Night - Cook Out. The Club will supply the meat, buns and condiments. Members are asked to bring chips, veggies, snacks.

- 2:00 p.m. - First Gospel Sing-A-Long in the Pavillion if the weather permits. Otherwise it will be in the Club House.
- Saturday, September 29 - Poker Night
- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck, followed by Poker Night. Cost for enter is $5.00 per person. We will be playing Five Card Draw and Duces Wild. Winner with most chips at end of
night (11:00 p.m.) wins a great prize. Money will go for Halloween Party!! So looking forward to seeing you there.
October
- Sunday, October 7 - Gospel Sing-A-Long
- 2:00 p.m. - Join us for a Gospel Sing-A-Long in the club house. Can't wait to see you there. Lets all bring a snack to share!!!
- Saturday, October 13 - Potluck / Poker Night

- 10:00 a.m. - OLT Board of Director's Meeting in the Clubhouse.

- 6:00 p.m. - Potluck followed by our Annual Halloween Party and Dance.
- 8:00 p.m. - The kids will be hosting a Haunted Clubhouse or Trails (Depending on weather). We will have the campfire lit, and possible a hayride.
November
- Saturday, November 10 - Potluck
- 6:00 p.m. - Birthday Potluck in the Clubhouse followed by an evening under
the stars at the fire pit.
- Saturday, November 17 - Thanksgiving Dinner and Celebration
- 10:00 a.m. - OLT Board of Director's Meeting. Check with the Office
for location.
- OLT will provide the turkeys, and members are asked to bring side dishes and desserts. Let’s all gather together and remember how fortunate we are to have this opportunity.
December
- Saturday, December 1 - Christmas Tree Decoration / Sing-A-Long
- 6:00 p.m. - We will be having our annual decorating of our Christmas Tree. Bring an ornament for our tree and a snack to share with others. We will also be having a Sing-A-Long.
- Saturday, December 15 - Christmas Party
- OLT Family Christmas Party and gift exchange. Followed by a
sing-a-long with with Brad, The Music Man. Join us for fun and games and a visit from Santa Claus.
Saturday, December 29 - Potluck / Poker Night
- Join us for a chili match and cornbread match. Followed by a night of poker.
- Monday, December 31 - Nude Year's Eve Celebration
- RSVP required. Cover charge applies. Details to be announced later.
- Tuesday, January 1 - New Year's Day
- Traditional Black Eyed Pea & Birthday Potluck.
