January
- Monday, January 28 - Deadline to submit Interest Indicator Form for
Board or Director or Committee Positions
- Any member
in good standing who wishes to be considered for service on the Board of
Directors or on any of the following Committees (Finance, Strategic Planning,
Grounds and Facilities, Personnel (Directors only), Membership, Food, Water,
Fire Safety and Prevention, Activities and/or Tots and Teens), is asked to
request an Interest Indicator Form by e-mail from the office at
OLTNaturistPark@aol.com..
The office will forward the Interest Indicator form to you by return e-mail.
The completed Interest Indicator form must be completed and returned to Gary S
or Diana M no later than January 28, 2008. Thank you to each and every member
who serves Oaklake Trails, whether in an official capacity or not.
February
- Saturday, February 9 - Members Group Meeting
- 11:00 am - Members Group Meeting for discussing this year's activities.
- Valentine's Party and Dance - Bring heavy appetizers
- Saturday, February 23 - Movie Night
- Potluck
- 7:00 pm - Bring your own drinks and popcorn will be served. Find out at 7:00 pm what the movie is going to be.
March
- Saturday, March 15 - St Patrick's Day Dance
- 8:00 pm - St Patrick's Day Dance and Green Bum 4-Leafed Clover Competition. Bring heavy snacks. 50/50 Raffle: 1 ticket for $5.00 or 3 for $10.00.
- Saturday, March 29 - Easter Egg Hunt
- Easter Egg Hunt for the kids in the afternoon with Jimbo.
- 7:30 pm - Adult Night Easter Egg Hunt with flashlights with Julie, Juan, Brad and Pat.
- 8:00 pm - Music and Dance
April
- Saturday, April 12 - Grounds Clean-Up / Dance / Potluck
- 11:00 am - Grounds clean-up and improvement. Bring plants to restore and revive the Oklahoma Garden - the Rock Circle at the entrance just east of the Office. Hanging basket donations are also welcome to hang by the Office entrance and in front of the Clubhouse.
- 8:00 pm - April Fool's Spring Dance with a Silent Auction for a fund raiser. We hope to have Keith out.
- Saturday, April 26 - Traveling Potluck
- 6:30 pm - The season’s
first Traveling Potluck will be held at Pat & Brad’s or the Clubhouse in the
event of inclement weather.
- Wednesday, April 30 - Registration for AANR-SW Convention
- Register for the Annual AANR-SW Convention Meals before the prices go up. Follow this link for

May
- Saturday, May 3 - Kentucky Derby
- 3:00 pm - Join in the fun
at the clubhouse for the Kentucky Derby. There will be a bookie table to place
your bets, $10 per horse. The collections will be split, 50% to the Member’s
Activity Fund and 50% will be split between the winners. Women wear your hats
and men your derbies or ties. Non-alcoholic Mint Juleps and light snacks will
be provided.
- Saturday, May 17 - Cinco de Mayo Potluck
- 6:30 pm - Traveling Potluck at Juan & Juli’s with a Cinco De Mayo theme. Bring a dish to pass with a Mexican flare and your lawn chairs.
- Memorial Day Weekend
- Saturday, May 24
- 11:00 am - Survivor, OLT style is back. Meet at the Pavilion for
instructions.
- 8:00 pm - Entertainment by Keith M at the Pavilion.
- Sunday, May 25
- 1:00 pm - Poker Run fund raiser. Hands will for sale, $5.00 per
hand. The run itself will commence after the auction.
- 2:00 pm - OLT’s annual auction will be held at the pavilion. Immediately following the auction the
poker run will begin, reading of the hands to follow also at the pavilion. The
collections will be split, 50% to the Member’s Activity Fund and 50% to the
winner.
- Monday, May 26
- All day, simply relax.
June
- Saturday, June 14 - Flag Day Parade
- 2:00 pm - Decorate your golf cart, dog, or even yourself in red white and blue in honor of our nation’s
flag. Meet at the pavilion and the parade will make its way throughout the park.
- 8:00 pm - Events will be an evening of music or games, maybe both.
- Sunday, June 15 - Annual AANR-SW Convention

- 3:00 pm - Christmas Tree Decorating Party.
- 6:30 pm - Kids come to the Clubhouse to see Santa Clause.
- 7:00 pm - Naughty Santa gift exchange for kids from ages 18 - 99. Each
person please bring one wrapped gift.
- Saturday, December 20 - Potluck
- 6:00 pm - Potluck at the Clubhouse.
- Wednesday, December 24 - Christmas Eve
- 8:00 pm - Christmas Eve Chapel Service at the Clubhouse.
- Wednesday, December 31 - Nude Year's Eve
