Schedule of Activities

(OLT members will be engaging in regular activities and you are welcome to join them at any point during your visit.)

 

10:30am-          Registration opens for those who are visiting for College Day in the OLT Office. 

                                (Please read our COVID-19 guidelines.)

 

11:00 am-         Water Volleyball (meet at the pool) Prizes will be awarded!

 

12:30pm-          Meet & Greet at the Meadow Pavilion. (Food provided) 

 

3:00pm-           Sitting With the Soul Meditation (Clubhouse).  This is a donation-based offering by

                          Lanette C. Clark, Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Professional Meditation Guide. 

                          Everyone is welcome to attend regardless of the ability to donate.  Yoga mats and a

                          selection of cushions are provided.  Please bring two towels, one to cover the mat and one

                          to support your head.  *Suggested donation: $10/pp.

 

4:00pm-           Shuffleboard (meet at the shuffleboard courts) Prizes will be awarded!

                                 

5:00-7:00pm- Bare Buns Bistro will be open for dinner.  College students will receive a $2 discount

                          on their meal by showing their colored wristband. 

 

7:00pm-           Gentle Trail Hike​ with Board of Directors Chairperson, Diana McCalment. As a resident

                          since 1996, Diana has extensive knowledge of the flora, fauna and all things OLT. A gentle 

                          stroll through the forest is one of the best ways to fully enjoy a portion of the more than

                          400 acres of land and commune with nature. ​The hike will last approximately 45 minutes.

 

9:00pm-          Dance (Meadow Pavilion): OLT has some of the best dance parties and August 15th is

                          no exception.  Finish your day at the park at the dance in the Meadow Pavilion. 

                          DJ Magic Mike will be spinning tunes for your dancing enjoyment.  

Oaklake Trails  is a family-oriented clothing-optional resort located just north of historic Route 66 in Depew, Oklahoma.

Established in the summer of 1992, Oaklake Trails is located on more than 400 acres of beautiful hickory and oak covered hills halfway between Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
