ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL

OLT Arts Festival Statement of Purpose: The purpose of the Oaklake Trails Annual Arts Festival is to encourage, invite and showcase regional vendors whose products encourage body-positive imagery, health, wellness and overall well-being, as it relates to a holistic sense of the human body, which includes physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual health, and/or the environment(s) in which we live (indoors or outdoors).
PRODUCT CRITERIA: Products* can include visual art intended for indoor or outdoor use and can include figurative work, but is not restricted to figurative work; creative writing; food and/or drink, including, but not limited to alcoholic beverages; any products that promote or are for direct use in healthy living and lifestyles, which include, but are not limited to, essential oils, vitamins, holistic healing modalities (books and tools), wearables, skin care, body care, and/or jewelry.
*Handmade products are allowed and encouraged as long as they meet the criteria. Erotic art will be considered on a case by case basis. Any artwork deemed inappropriate by the Selection Committee will not be included.
VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINES: All vendors must pre-register and pre-pay. Once registration is received, additional information will be sent via email.
August 22, 2020: For vendors who wish to have their business/products included in marketing for the 2020 OLT Annual Arts Festival.
September 5, 2020: For vendors who do not wish to have their business/products included in marketing for the 2020 OLT Annual Arts Festival.
Final Vendor Registration Deadline: September 5, 2020
*All vendors must be registered and pre-paid by September 5, 2020.

2020 Vendor Fees:
$30 – Clubhouse; two tables; two chairs
$20 – Clubhouse: one table: one-two chairs
$15 – Outdoors: one table: two chairs (Vendor must provide own tent)
$5 – Each additional table
**Vendors are strongly encouraged to remain set up for the duration of the festival time.**
WHAT TO BRING: Oaklake Trails does not provide alcohol service; however, you are welcome to bring any beverages of your choice, as well as personal food items. It is recommended that you bring a towel to sit upon and any cover-ups, sunscreen, insect repellent and a hat that will provide the maximum level of personal comfort. As a clothing-optional park, you are welcome to be as clothed or un-clothed as you wish (except while using the hot tub and pools, where you must be clothing free).
LODGING: Vendor Host Houses-some OLT residents will be volunteering to share their personal homes with vendors this year. If you are interested in staying with one of the OLT Residents, please inquire about availability by contacting the Special Events Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Oaklake Trails, also offers cabin rentals and tent camping, as available, should you choose one of these options. In addition, there is a Hampton Inn in Stroud, OK, which is less than 10 minutes from OLT (877-214-6725). Please make reservations in advance, as lodging fills quickly.
