Oaklake Trails Naturist Park: Where Every BODY Belongs

VETERAN’S DAY CELEBRATION: A Clothing-Optional Experience

Saturday: November 6, 2021

FREE admission for all Veterans, Active Service Members and a Guest

*OLT Members and First-time visitors are Free*

WHEN: On November 6th, Oaklake Trails Naturist Park will celebrate and honor veterans, active service members and a guest for their service from all across the region by offering FREE admission to the park.  For the safety and security of all visitors, we ask that your first stop, upon arrival to OLT, be the office.

** Proceeds from the day’s event will go to support New Creation Lifework, a non-profit organization supporting homeless veterans.  In January 2020, New Creation Lifework opened a sober house that is actively serving veterans.  They are working to break ground on a 30 tiny home community in the next 12 months for veterans experiencing homelessness. Their ultimate goal is to replicate the tiny home concept into multiple communities.**

ACTIVITIES: Oaklake Trails' office staff will be on hand to greet you.  If you have not completed your paperwork on line, you will be asked to complete it upon arrival. Tours of the facilities and grounds are encouraged and can be arranged with office staff upon check in, or you can join a scheduled tour.  A tour of the grounds is a wonderful way to gain a broader understanding of the vast property and amenities that are available to you during your visit.

A full day of activities including tournaments in water volleyball, cornhole, and darts, a meet-and-greet, and a dance have all been scheduled.  Two of our members will be cooking and selling homemade pizza-by-the-slice from 11am-2pm in the Bistro.  At 4:30pm, we will have a competitive cookoff (SEE BELOW FOR INFO!).  At any point during your visit, you are welcome to enjoy the hot tub, all trails, pools, indoor games, pickleball (equipment available in the office), and horseshoes.  The day will conclude with a 3-month Membership Giveaway and Dance in the Meadow Pavilion at 7:45pm. We look forward to meeting you on November 6th!

WHAT TO BRING: Oaklake Trails does not provide alcohol service; however, you are welcome to bring beverages of your choice and any personal food items. To adhere to naturist etiquette you must bring a towel to sit upon and any cover-ups, sunscreen, insect repellent and a hat that will provide the maximum level of personal comfort.  Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and hot tub enclosures.  FAQ's
