Memorial Day Weekend is shaping up to be one of the most exciting celebrations of the year at Oaklake Trails! Whether you’re here for relaxation, community, or all-out party vibes, we’ve got something for everyone from Thursday through Sunday. Here’s a full look at everything happening May 22–25:

Thursday, May 22

8:00 – 10:00 PM - Pub Night: An Upgraded Game Night Experience

Join us in the Clubhouse for an all-new twist on our traditional pub night! Whether you try a new card game, release your inner pool shark, or simply watch the fun there will be guaranteed laughter, and maybe even a little friendly competition.

Friday, May 23

7:00 – 8:30 PM - “Bare County Fair” - Hosted by Denise & Bill & Friends - Clubhouse

Step right up! The first party of the weekend brings a nostalgic carnival vibe with games, music, and plenty of mischief. Due to forecasted weather conditions this event will be in the clubhouse.

8:30 – 10:30 PM - Karaoke Mix & Mingle - Clubhouse

Keep the fun rolling with a night of dancing and mingling with DJ Bare Beats. Bring your best moves!

Saturday, May 24

10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - NEW! Pop-Up Market

Shop local with flair! Stop by the Clubhouse area to browse handmade goods, crafts, and other creative treasures from our vibrant vendor community.

10:30 – 11:00 AM - Memorial Day Ceremony - Flagpole

Join us in honoring those who’ve served. A brief but meaningful ceremony that brings us all together in remembrance and gratitude.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM - Survivor Games: Round 1 (of 3)

Meet at the Clubhouse Lawn for the first installment of our wild and hilarious Survivor-style games. Expect laughs, challenges, and maybe a few plot twists…

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Poker Run ($10/hand) - Signup at Bistro

Grab your hand and hit the trail! This fun, fast-paced event has you collecting cards across the park for a chance to win big.

8:30 – 11:30 PM - Memorial Day Dance featuring Vibe Collective - Clubhouse Ballroom

Let’s make Saturday night one for the books! Vibe Collective is bringing the beats—don't miss the biggest dance of the weekend with one of our favorite cover bands.

Sunday, May 25

10:30 – 11:30 AM - Chapel Worship Service

Held at Oaklake Chapel, this peaceful Sunday morning service invites all who wish to attend for a time of reflection and community.

5 PM - OLT Birthday Bash - Clubhouse

Celebrate another fantastic year of Oaklake Trails with cake, music, and camaraderie as we toast to the good times—past, present, and future.

10:00ish – ? - Late With Nate - Clubhouse Ballroom

Pop into the Clubhouse for the fifth edition of Late With Nate, your go-to late night dance party! Hosted by Nate and fueled by an electrifying mix of Dance, House, Disco, 80s, and more, this is the party where new music discoveries meet classic throwbacks.
