This Saturday, October 5th promises to be an exciting and fun-filled experience for all our guests. We are thrilled to announce our special Oktoberfest Weekend that is a highlight of our year and will surely make this weekend unforgettable!
Oktoberfest Highlights:
German Beer and Wine Tasting @ 4pm outside the Clubhouse
Bring a 6 pack of German beer or a bottle of German wine to share. We will put all the beer and wine on ice in coolers, and our hosts will serve tasting cups. You can taste as many as you wish. If you find one you like, you can have a larger portion or a whole can or glass.
German Potluck Dinner @ 6pm inside the Clubhouse
Bring your favorite German Food, enough to share, and let's do some tasting and eating, and wash it down with some more German beer. If you don't have a German dish, just bring one of your favorites.
Oktoberfest Dance @ 8:30pm inside the Clubhouse
Get ready to bust a move Bavarian style and show off your mastery of the Chicken Dance!
Other Weekend Activities:
Pickleball Games @ 10am at the Pickleball Court;
Cornhole League - First Round @ 12pm in the Activities Building; and
Life Drawing Class @ 1pm inside the Clubhouse.
In addition to our Oktoberfest celebrations, we have a variety of activities planned to keep you entertained throughout the weekend. Join our life drawing class for a creative experience (bring your own materials/donation-based), participate in pickleball games for some friendly competition, and cheer on the teams in the first round of this year's Cornhole league!
