OLT Fall Festival Statement of Purpose:

The purpose of the Oaklake Trails Annual Fall Festival is to encourage, invite and showcase regional vendors whose products encourage body-positive imagery, health, wellness and overall well-being, as it relates to a holistic sense of the human body, which includes physical, intellectual, emotional or spiritual health, and/or the environment(s) in which we live (indoors or outdoors).

 

VENDOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

All vendors must pre-register and pre-pay so that spaces can be defined and set-up prior to vendor arrivals.  Pre-register by emailing oaklaketrails.engagement@gmail.com.

  Vendor Registration Deadline: September 27, 2026. 

 

2026 Vendor Fees:

$35 – Clubhouse; two tables; two chairs

$30 – Clubhouse: one table: one-two chairs

$25 – Clubhouse: bring own tables and chairs

$20 - Outside: two tables; two chairs

$15 - Outside: one table and chairs

$10 - Outside: bring own tables and chairs

**Vendors are strongly encouraged to remain set up for the duration of the festival.**

 

PLEASE NOTE: Clubhouse space is first-come, first-served and VERY limited.  Outdoor vendors will be set up around the Clubhouse, unless requests are made at the time of registration.  Vendor fees are due after registration is submitted by calling the office at 918-324-5999.  Vendor fees are non-refundable with exceptions for emergency medical reasons.

Oaklake Trails is a family-oriented clothing-optional resort located just north of historic Route 66 in Depew, Oklahoma.

Established in the summer of 1992, Oaklake Trails is located on more than 400 acres of beautiful hickory and oak covered hills halfway between Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
