2025 Annual Auction

Come out to our Annual Auction and have a bidding good time. At the OLT auction, you never know what interesting things might be available to bid on that you just can't live without. 

The Silent Auction will begin at 3:00pm. Items will be available to view and bid on inside the Clubhouse. We've got great items to bid on this year! The Silent Auction will conclude at 5:30pm. Silent Auction bid winners will be able to check out between 5:30pm and 6:00pm.

The Live Auction will begin at approximately 6:00pm in the Clubhouse. We are please to announce that Jimmy G. will serve as our auctioneer this year with Chris and Rodney as his spotters, which promises to be a fun time, full of laughs. All items must be paid for at the conclusion of the event through the Auction Clerks, Lanette and Nate. This year's Live Auction will include donated services from members, 1 table of 8 in the clubhouse ballroom, 6 individual seats for the clubhouse ballroom, 4 golf cart parking spots near the pool, and 6 pool loungers and more!

Schedule Summary:

3:00pm-5:30pm: Silent Auction (Clubhouse)

5:30pm-6:00pm: Silent Auction Check-out

6:00pm-7:30pm: Live Auction (Clubhouse)

7:30pm-8:00pm: Live Auction Check-out; remaining Silent Auction Check-out
