POOL YOGA
Pool Yoga is a water-based form of yoga designed to be gentle on the body while offering the same benefits as traditional yoga. Practiced in the pool, this approach uses the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to support the body, reduce joint pressure, and promote safe movement.

Pool Yoga will be held in the conversation pool and guided by Lanette Clark.
Props will be provided. It is recommended that you wear water shoes.

Pool Yoga is donation-based.
