The Beast Meat Cook-off & Competition is an opportunity for smoked meat grill masters to show off their skills and put them to the taste test with a panel of judges! For our OLT community, this is feast you will definitely want to attend. Enjoy all the delicious smoked items from our competitors, as well as side dishes and desserts from our community potluck.

Beef, Pork, Poultry and Open

(Open: any smoked protein item that does not fit into the other categories)

Contestants Fee: $10/category entered

Cash prizes for those who win 1st place in each category. Non-cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd place in each category.​

Closed Judging @ 4:00pm

Open to all @ 4:45pm

 

*Potluck side dishes and desserts (no protein items please) will be accepted and served as well. For those who contribute to the potluck, "Potluck" Beast Meat tickets will be $7.50/pp. and will be available for purchase at the door ONLY. Please deliver potluck dishes to the Pavilion no later than 4:30pm. 

 

Non-Potluck Beast Meat Plate Tickets: $15.00/pp.
